Fairmont and sister company Raffles will each open their first Philippines hotels by next January, with Raffles slated to start taking reservations next month.
The 32-suite Raffles Makati in Manila will be the brand’s ninth property worldwide. Also, there will be 237 residences ranging from one to four bedrooms.
The Raffles hotel will be part of a 30-story building that will include the Fairmont Makati. That 280-room hotel is taking reservations starting Jan. 2.
Parent company Fairmont Raffles also owns the Swissotel brand.
