The 64-room, newly renovated Tulip Inn Bodegraven, midway between Utrecht and The Hague, features a modern decor designed for leisure and business travelers, the company said.

The 76-room Golden Tulip Papendrecht in rural central Holland is the only four-star property in the region and features 11 conference rooms and a bistro restaurant.

United Arab Emirates

Opening in October, the Golden Tulip Sharjah, situated on the Buhairah Lagoon, will include 264 suites and apartments, a shopping mall, a pool and health club. Each suite will be equipped with a full kitchen.

The Golden Tulip Ajman, the group's largest hotel in its portfolio, will feature 994 rooms, suites and apartments. The first phase, scheduled for completion in early 2008, will consist of 444 units in three towers; the second phase, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2009, will feature a 550-room hotel and the area's first revolving restaurant.
