The owner of the Hilton Arc de Triomphe has won a lawsuit against Hilton, a decision that will leave Hilton without a presence in the center of Paris.

According to reports, Hilton has three months to remove all Hilton branding. Hilton is reportedly contesting the ruling.

The owner, SIHPM, claimed that Hilton violated its management contract by failing to market the four-star hotel as a five-star property.

According to the hotel’s website, the 500-room hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Champs-Elysees. Hilton has three other hotels in the Paris area, but the Hilton Arc de Triomphe is the only one in the heart of Paris.

Hilton has a hotel in La Defense, a business district west of Paris, and hotels near the Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports.
