Hilton Worldwide promoted John Rogers to global head of the company’s Embassy Suites chain.
Rogers was previously regional vice president at Hilton’s U.K. operations and helped debut Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn and DoubleTree by Hilton there. The former Ford Motor Co. executive joined Hilton in 2007.
Hilton has 213 Embassy Suites hotels in company’s Americas region, with another 30 properties in the development pipeline.
