Hyatt Hotels will quadruple the size of its footprint in Saudi Arabia when three hotels totaling more than 900 rooms open by early 2016.
The largest of the three will be the 400-room Grand Hyatt Jeddah, which will be designed by architecture firm Skidmore Owings & Merrill and will include three restaurants and a lounge.
Skidmore Owings & Merrill will also build the Park Hyatt Riyadh, which will have 275 rooms and will include about 16,000 square feet of meetings space and an 11,000-square-foot ballroom.
Hyatt's planning for a 2015 opening of the Hyatt Regency Jeddah, which will have 240 rooms and about 18,000 square feet of meetings space.
The three hotels will be developed by Naseel Holding Co.
