Hyatt to rebrand four hotels in France, including Hotel Martinez

Hyatt will reflag four hotels in France, including the Concorde Lafayette in Paris and Hotel Martinez in Cannes, after reaching management agreements with Constellation Hotels Holding Ltd.

The Concorde Lafayette will be rebranded the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile, and the Hotel Martinez will become the Grand Hyatt Cannes Hotel Martinez.

Hyatt will also rebrand the Palais de la Mediterranee Hotel and Casino in Nice as the Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Mediterranee. And, the Hotel du Louvre in Paris will become an Andaz hotel after a renovation.

The four hotels, which will be rebranded starting in April, total more than 1,700 rooms, including the 950-room Concorde Lafayette.

The agreement boosts the number of Hyatt family hotels in France to seven. There is a Hyatt, a Hyatt Regency and a Park Hyatt in Paris.
