Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants’ said its first San Antonio hotel will open next year in that city’s mixed-use redevelopment of the Pearl Brewery.
The hotel will have 146 rooms and will be located near an outpost of the Culinary Institute of America as well as a number of restaurants and shops.
Pearl Brewery shut down in 2001 after 120 years of operation.
Kimpton operates 58 boutique hotels, including two in Texas. Both are in Dallas.
