Marriott reflagged the Northland Inn Hotel and Conference Center near Minneapolis as the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest after the 230-room property underwent a $24 million renovation.
The hotel, which was acquired in 2010 by an investment fund overseen by Boston-based Long Wharf Real Estate Partners, expanded its meeting space by 50% to more than 50,000 square feet. The property is managed by StepStone Hospitality.
The hotel is located in Brooklyn Park, just northwest of Minneapolis.
