Palace Resorts' seven properties in the Mexican Caribbean launched a travel agency rewards program with levels of benefits based on bookings.
Levels are Partner, Gold Crown, Titanium Crown and Black Onyx Crown.
Perks include discounts on spa treatments and rounds of golf, invitations to private events and free nights through a bonus commission program.
"Our relationship with our travel agent partners is important to Palace Resorts, and this program offers better incentives for their continued brand support as well as provides them with sales tools to strengthen their bottom line," said Ash Tembe, Palace Resorts' director of North America field sales.
