SBE Entertainment Group reached an agreement for Philadelphia's first hotel under the SLS luxury-boutique brand to open in 2015.

The SLS Hotel and Residences Philadelphia, which will be developed by Dranoff Properties, will have 150 rooms as well as 125 luxury condominiums.

The 47-story building, to be located at the corner of Broad and Spruce streets across the street from the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts, may also include SBE mainstay restaurants such as the Bazaar by Jose Andres and Katsuya.

Los Angeles-based SBE next year will open its first New York City hotel in midtown Manhattan while reopening the old Sahara Hotel & Casino as the SLS Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. The company also has an SLS Hotel planned for Seattle in 2016.
