Radisson rebranding scrapped for Detroit-area hotel

By Danny King
Carlson Rezidor has called off plans to reflag the Hyatt Regency in Dearborn, Mich., as a Radisson hotel.

It’s unclear whether or how property owner Royal Realties LLC will rebrand the hotel once the current agreement with Hyatt expires later this year.

The 772-room hotel was built in 1976. It has 62,000 square feet of meeting space, including a rooftop ballroom.
