The Rosewood Phuket will have almost 2,000 feet of beachfront and will include 87 villas, 20 residences ranging from two to nine bedrooms and six “hideaway homes” tucked away amid the property’s 40 acres of forest. The hotel will also have six restaurants and bars.

Rosewood plans to open a 279-room hotel in Beijing next summer. The company has 17 hotels worldwide.
