
The Hotel De La Paix in Cambodia will become the Park Hyatt Siem Reap when the hotel completes its renovation early next year. The hotel with be Hyatt Hotels Corp.'s first in Cambodia.
Owner KS Hotels and Resorts, which also owns the Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa and a Hotel De La Paix in Thailand, will shut down the seven-year-old hotel in June to facilitate the renovation.
The 107-room Park Haytt Siem Reap will have two restaurants, a bar and a bakery when it reopens in the first quarter of 2013.
