Viceroy Hotel Group put the finishing touches on a $100 million renovation of the Jalousie Plantation and relaunched the property as Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort.
Located on the Eastern Caribbean island of St. Lucia, the 100-plus-acre resort has undergone a complete transformation, helmed by Viceroy Hotel Group, which has managed the property since 2008.
The renovation included a new lobby; two new restaurants, the Great Room and the Bayside Bar and Restaurant; four bars; and an updated Kids Club. The 100-plus-acre property also features a 9,427-square-foot Rainforest Spa.
Timed to coincide with the rebranding, the resort launched a new website with information about attractions and packages.
