The Wyndham Dubai Marina, the first Wyndham hotel in the United Arab Emirates, is expected to be completed by 2016.
The hotel will be housed in a 33-story building and will have 497 rooms.
Other Wyndham hotels slated for the region include the Wyndham Grand Manama in Bahrain and the Wyndham Grand Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, both of which are slated to open by next summer.
Additionally, Wyndham Hotel group said Saudi Arabia’s first hotel under the Days Inn budget brand has opened. The 56-room hotel is the first of 10 Days Inns planned for the country by developer Riyada International Hotels and Resorts.
