The Hunt Valley Inn Baltimore will become a Wyndham Grand Hotel after new owner Laurus Corp. completes about $10 million in upgrades to the 392-room hotel.

The hotel is in Hunt Valley, Md., about 15 miles north of Baltimore.

Laurus has tapped Concord Hospitality Enterprises to manage the hotel, which was formerly a Marriott.

The hotel, built in 1971, has 33,000 square feet of meeting space.
