Orbitz and American Airlines said that they have reached an agreement to settle all litigation between them.

The settlement must be reviewed and approved by the court presiding over American’s restructuring.

The settlement is the third that American has engineered with distribution adversaries. Last month, American settled its antitrust suit with Travelport. And in December, after starting court proceedings, American and Sabre settled American’s antitrust suit against Sabre, with Sabre agreeing to pay American an undisclosed sum of money as part of the settlement.

US Airways, which has agreed to merge with American, still has a suit pending against Sabre.
