Priceline announced a long-term direct-connect agreement with United Airlines last week.
Priceline said the direct connect will serve "as the primary connectivity" between United and the online travel agency.
United and Priceline will work together to offer ancillary products and services through the direct connect.
Priceline began selling American Airlines' Preferred Seats via a direct connect last summer.
