Youth specialist Contiki Vacations is expanding its Latin America offering with the introduction of Costa Rica and Ecuador to its destination lineup.
Contiki, which sells tours for the 18-to-35 market, launched South America tours in 2011, and based on the success of that program is adding new destinations in Latin America.
The company now offers 11 itineraries across six countries in Latin America: Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica and Ecuador.
The 11-day Galapagos & Ecuador tour and the 12-day Costa Rica tour will have their first departures in November.
Contiki tours average 30 passengers each, and the itineraries include land transportation, air transfers, accommodations, daily breakfasts and other meals, sightseeing tours and an English-speaking local guide.
