Funjet Vacations has acquired Boston-based TNT Vacations for an undisclosed price.
Effective immediately, TNT Vacations is being operated by Milwaukee-based Funjet as TNT Vacations Powered by Funjet.
The acquisition “allows us to accelerate our expansion into the New England market,” Funjet President Mike Going said in a statement.
Funjet will retain some of TNT’s salespeople in the New England market. TNT will tap into Funjet’s destination product as well as its travel agent rewards program and the technology used by Funjet and VAX VacationAccess.
Funjet is owned by Mark Travel Corp.
