Travcoa will resume escorted Egypt tours this fall after a 20-month hiatus.

The luxury tour operator’s president, Jerre Fuqua, said he recently spent 10 days in the Middle East to see “if the climate had improved for travelers.” Travcoa determined that “the time is right” to return to Egypt.

Tours are scheduled to depart Sept. 22, Oct. 13 and 20, Nov. 10 and Dec. 15.

The Oct. 13 departure is a 12-day trip that will be hosted by Fuqua, and will include a Nile cruise and a private luncheon in full view of the pyramids.
