Travel Bound added a selection of five-star hotels to its portfolio, bringing the percentage of luxury properties in its lineup to about 10%.
"Agents don't normally think of us as a luxury hotel provider, but more and more of our top accounts have been asking us for increased inventory in the five-star category to complement their luxury product line," said Richie Karaburun, president of Travel Bound/GTA North America.
In Europe, Travel Bound has added high-end properties in London; Valdepenas-Torrenueva and Toledo, Spain; and Lake Garda and Venice, Italy.
