Consumer travel magazine Travel + Leisure has partnered with tour operator Cox & Kings to create co-branded itineraries. The tours are commissionable.
Named T+L Trips with Cox & Kings, the new product is launching with two trips: seven-day Croatia and 10-day Zambia itineraries. The FIT journeys are designed to be active and luxurious.
New itineraries will be announced in Travel + Leisure each month, and readers will have access to special offers at a Cox & Kings web page.
The new collaboration will be featured in the June issue of Travel + Leisure.
Each month, Travel + Leisure editors will work with Cox & Kings to develop two trips inspired by destinations the editors choose, Travel + Leisure, said.
“Each itinerary is designed to offer insider access and unique experiences — whether it's a stay at an exclusive hotel, a behind-the-scenes tour or dinner in a private residence,” Travel + Leisure said.
“We believe there is demand for T+L curated trips based on reader feedback over the years,” said Jay Meyer, vice president and publisher of Travel + Leisure.
Cox & Kings is a high-end tour operator with a history dating to 1758. The company’s global headquarters is in London.
The Zambia trip starts at $10,565 per person, the Croatia trip at $4,795. Both prices are based on double occupancy and do not include international air.
The rates are for bookings made between May 1 and June 30.
