Carnival combines games and agent training

Carnival Cruise Lines launched an interactive learning game in which travel agents can earn points in Carnival's travel agent reward program.

"Carnival Adventures Learning Games," available on, provides a platform for learning about Carnival. Agents earn Fun Points and compete to be listed on a Top 100 scoreboard.

"We wanted to create a training product that provided useful facts, fun and flexibility all at the same time," said Joni Rein, Carnival's vice president of worldwide sales.

Agents can redeem fun points for gift cards, flat-screen TVs, Apple iPads and other prizes.
