Norwegian Cruise Line fetes top partners

Norwegian Cruise Line named World Travel Holdings as its Elite Agency of the year for the second year running.

WTH is parent company to CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., among other brands.

Norwegian said WTH earned the award for its continued commitment to the success of Norwegian, its overall revenue, year-over-year growth and loyalty to Norwegian's brand.

Norwegian named Avoya Travel/American Express as its home-based partner of the year and Cruise Planners/American Express as its franchise partner of the year.

Expedia Inc. took top honors as online travel partner of the year, while Expedia CruiseShipCenters was named retail travel agency of the year and Virtuoso was consortia partner of the year.
