The Professional Association of Travel Hosts has scheduled a two-day Host Agency Symposium May 4 to 5 at the Venetian Resort & Casino in Las Vegas.
The event, open to host agencies, both PATH members and nonmembers, will take place following the Home Based Travel Agent Forum. The symposium is designed to bring together host agency owners and managers to address common challenges within the host agency business and identify best practices for supplier partnerships, technology and training.
Discussions will be held on legal issues such as fraud protection, working with independent contractors, state seller of travel laws and clarification of coverage of E&O insurance providers.
