Canadian rail company Rocky Mountaineer launched a revamped online booking system that the company said enables more efficient booking and offers a more user-friendly interface.
Some of the features to help agents manage bookings with ease are the ability to change and choose accommodation type, book multiple rooms and request upgrades.
The new "Tools" section features a Rail Availability Tool offering live updates, and Cruise Match aids in matching a Rocky Mountaineer package to any Alaskan cruise departing from Vancouver or Seattle. The new system also offers pre- and post-customization.
