Vacation.com formed a partnership with Toronto-based Travel Agency Support Services (TASS) for a range of subscription services that support the trade group’s members in accommodating corporate clients.
TASS provides 24/7 emergency services to travelers. For U.S. and Canadian travel agencies, TASS also is available at any hour of any day to help agents obtain preferred seats, upgrades and exchanges to meet client requirements.
TASS said it provides a range of other services, including script packages and assistance in difficult times with watching an agency’s queues, handling customer requests including bookings and exchanges.
The firm said it also consults for travel agencies on technology problems.
