Vacation.com switches cruise-booking tool

Vacation.com has changed cruise-booking engines, replacing EZcruise with CruisePro.

CruisePro is available free of charge to all members.

Agents can compare itineraries side-by-side without having to log into multiple cruise lines’ websites and access real-time cabin availability, itineraries, ship deck plans and stateroom photos. They can access upgrades and other value-added amenities in CruisePro.

It enables simultaneous booking of up to three staterooms on the same cruise and displays cruises that offer Vacation.com’s Vacation Vignettes, amenity departure dates and agent incentives.

Agents can use CruisePro to email quotes and confirmed reservations to clients. CruisePro also provides live sales activity reports for agents and agencies.

In addition, CruisePro connects with the ClientBase customer relationship management system.

Agents can sign into CruisePro through Vacation.com’s Agent Universe web portal.
