Pegasus Solutions sold its financial-services division to investment firm H.I.G. Capital, the company announced on Thursday.
Pegasus sold the division, which processes commissions for more than 35,000 hotels in 200 countries, to focus fully on its core business of hotel transactions, according to CEO David Millili.
Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
