TRX president and CEO Shane Hammond on Nov. 15 resigned "for personal reasons," the company revealed in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
"TRX's board of directors has appointed a committee to facilitate an effective transition and consider qualified candidates," according to the filing. Hammond was president and CEO since late 2008.
