Question: Who can attend ship inspections?
Answer: Ship inspections are available to all Full Conference Access attendees*. Ship selection is based on availability. Seating is limited and reserved on a first come / first serve basis. During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to reserve your selection from the available inspections. Question: How do I make a hotel reservation?
Answer: During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to reserve a room at one of the official host hotels, based on availability.  All hotel reservations must be made online direct through our registration site. The hotels will not process direct reservations.

Question: Where can I find the schedule or agenda for the show?
Answer: The preliminary agenda and subsequent conference details are available under the Attendee tab or click here. Additions and changes will be posted as they become available.

Question: What are the rules for submission & selection of Recipes for Success Contest?  
Answer: Open only to travel agents who are registered to attend CruiseWorld & Home Based Agent Show in Seattle June 18-20, 2012. Recipes must be submitted via CruiseWorld & Home Based Agent Show website no later than April 15, 2012.
Three winners will be selected - one for each category (Clam Chowder, Salmon Entrée and Coffee Cocktail) and posted on CruiseWorld & Home Based Agent Show's website no later than April 22. Winners will be selected by a panel of Travel Weekly judges. Selected recipes will be used as part of a CruiseWorld & Home Based Agent Show promotion giving the submitting travel agents credit for their recipes. Three winners will each receive dinner for two in Seattle*.    *$200 maximum allowance.

Question: What are the exhibit hall hours?
Answer: Exhibit hall hours are as follows:
 

•    Tuesday, June 19th: 1:45PM - 3:45PM    

•    Wednesday, June 20th: 10:45AM - 12:45PM

Question: What is your cancellation policy?  

Answer: Registration fees are only for access to the designated educational seminars, keynotes, general sessions, accredited modules, functions and exhibit hall outlined in the package selected and purchased during registration. Registration fees do not include travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, entertainment, functions not outlined in the registration package or other expenses associated with attending the event.  

  • Cancellations: Full refunds will be issued until March 15, 2012 less a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be made past March 15, 2012.  
  • Substitutions: Show management will allow another travel agent to be substituted for a registered travel agent who cannot attend the event provided the substitution is processed and approved one month (30 days) in advance of the starting day of the event (May 18, 2012). All substitution requests must be in writing and submitted to registration@travelweekly.com at least one month prior to the event (May 18, 2012) and accompanied with complete confirmation and contact information for both registrants. Substitution requests submitted within one month (30 days) of the event will not be accepted and are non-refundable at that time. 
  • Professional Business Event: This trade event is open to travel agent, leisure and cruise professionals and their suppliers only. Non-Industry spouses and children under the age of 18 will not be admitted into any functions held in conjunction with the event. Show Management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow, dismiss or deny access to the event for any person or persons who do not meet the proper criteria for attendance or is deemed by Show Management to be disrupting the proper, ongoing business function and purpose of the event.  
  • Ship inspection cancellations must be made in writing no later than May 18. Cancellations received after May 18 will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No shows will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. The fee will be charged to the credit card provided for conference registration. Cancellation notifications should be sent to registration@travelweekly.com.
