Florida-based eCruisestore.com closed due to financial problems on Oct. 25, the online agency declared in recorded message left at its toll-free number.

The message said: "If you have a current reservation with us, they have been released to the cruise lines and their direct bookings, and you need to contact the cruise line for any questions you may have."

The company’s website is blank.

According to an article of dissolution filed on Nov. 2 with Florida's Division of Corporations, eCruisestore.com closed due to voluntary dissolution.

Several clients have posted concerns about their cruise bookings on online cruise message boards like CruiseCritic.com.

Carnival Cruise Lines said that eCruisestore was not registered with Carnival and has no bookings from the website. CLIA said the agency was not a CLIA member.
