Travel Weekly was surprised to make a cameo appearance on YouTube recently, at the hands of John Keen of online cruise retailer CruiseNow.com.
The conceit behind the YouTube weekly webisode "Cruise News with John Keen" is "Daily Show" meets Weekend Update of "Saturday Night Live” meets ... a retailer discussing cruise news and firing off one-liners (e.g., the master of one of Princess’ newest ships will be none other than Captain Steubing — cue laughs).
Kudos to anyone who can identify the issue of Travel Weekly that Keen appears to be examining at the beginning of the show.
