    The Disney Dream, Disney Cruise Line's first ship in more than a decade, was christened Jan. 19. Cruise editor Johanna Jainchill was there for the ceremony and subsequent sailing.     A private dining room in Remy, Disney's $75-per-person French specialty restaurant. The room, like the restaurant, is inspired by the Disney film "Ratatouille." The cuisine is designed by a tag-team of chefs, Arnaud Lallement who comes from a Michelin two-star restaurant in France, and Chef Scott Hunnel from Walt Disney World.
