The resilient side of the pandemic
The year 2020 represented a period of contrasts for the Riviera Nayarit. Not only did it enable us to maintain close contact with travelers and share the destination's natural and cultural riches with them, but it also allowed us to develop significant tourism projects.

The Riviera Nayarit, a Safe Destination
Some of Riviera Nayarit's key actions include creating the Tourism Wellness and Best Practices Guide, which contains the recommendations of international health authorities for implementation by service providers; obtaining the SafeTravels Stamp issued by the World Tourism Organization (WTTC); and providing testing facilities for the international travelers who require PCR or antigen tests to re-enter their country. We have employed these measures in coordination with the authorities to help generate confidence in the traveler who wishes to resume their plans to visit the destination.
