'Polar Express 4-D Experience' returns to Excalibur

Just in time for Christmas, the Excalibur has brought back "The Polar Express 4-D Experience," a film about a young boy who takes a train to the North Pole and meets Santa Claus.

The ride is based on the 2004 movie "The Polar Express" from Warner Bros. Pictures and Shangri-La Entertainment, which was inspired by Chris Van Allburg's 1985 children's book of the same title.

The Excalibur's version runs 12 minutes and simulates a rollercoaster ride. Bubbles, confetti, water and wind have been worked into the Excalibur film, thus the reference to the fourth dimension.

Admission for the Polar Express is $12.95 per person.

"SpongeBob SquarePants 4-D" is also showing. Tickets are $9.95 per person. A special $14.95 holiday pass offers entry to both.
