According to an International Air Transport Association survey,
business travelers are more willing than they were a year ago to
shop for air fare deals, use e-tickets, get flight information from
the Internet and fly on low-fare carriers. IATA did not, however,
say what percentage of the surveyed business travelers issued their
responses while their bosses were in the room.
The Airlines Reporting Corp. postponed requiring new agency
locations and established locations with new management to have an
employee who passed the Certified ARC Specialist test. How many
agencies out there feel like they just got the teacher to give them
an extension on that book review they've been avoiding?
