Bonus days, Nov. 20 to 22, can be spent onboard Royal Caribbean International's new Oasis of the Seas.

The conference will help home-based NEST agents "get the edge" during these trying economic times, said NEST President Kathryn Mazza-Burney.

The conference will focus on practical strategies members can use to bolster their businesses, she said, adding that important issues relating to marketing, sales, technology and business operations will be discussed.

Also at the event, the Golden Egg Awards will be presented to the top-producing NEST agents of 2008. "These agents have achieved outstanding success throughout the year and have propelled themselves to the apex of the home-based sector," said Mazza-Burney.

"Each year, we've seen a significant jump upwards in the number of home-based agents and suppliers who have participated in our annual conferences," added Mazza-Burney. "The growth, business opportunities and excitement among the home-based sector only continues to build, and we know that, in partnership with our preferred-supplier sponsors, this year will be our best conference ever."
