Taj Boston sends newlyweds on free honeymoon


Taj Lake Terrace, Udaipur, IndiaThe Taj Boston is offering six-night honeymoons to couples who book their 2010 weddings at the landmark hotel and spend at least $25,000 in food and beverage (exclusive of taxes and gratuities) on the affairs.

The complimentary "Fit For a Princess Honeymoon" packages are available at nine Taj Hotel, Resort & Palaces properties worldwide.

Clients who spend between $25,000 and $34,999 may select a Level One Taj Hotels Honeymoon; with expenditures of $35,000 or more, they can select from a Level Two Taj Hotels Honeymoon.

Level One properties include the Taj Boston; Taj Campton Place, San Francisco; Taj Palace Dubai; and Blue in Sydney, Australia. Honeymoons with guestroom accommodations at the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai; the Taj Mahal, New Delhi; Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur; Rambagh Palace, Jaipur; and Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur -- all in India -- are also available under Level One.

Level Two honeymoons include stays at the Pierre, New York; 51 Buckingham Gate, Taj Residences, in London; and the Taj Exotica Resort & Spa in the Maldives, along with suite-level stays at the five Indian properties.

All honeymoon accommodations are subject to availability and must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance. The complimentary honeymoon includes daily breakfast for two and taxes and gratuities, and must be experienced within 60 days of the couple's wedding date. Other restrictions apply.

All weddings booked at the 228-room, 45-suite Taj Boston, which overlooks the famed Public Garden, include the services of a dedicated events planner, use of a bridal suite for pre-ceremony hair and makeup styling and an overnight stay in a suite at the property for newlyweds on their wedding night.
