JAL HOTELS, operator of the Nikko Hotels International group will open Hotel Nikko Nara in Nara City, Japan, July 1. It will be the chains sixth property in the Kansai area. Originally opened in 1998, the 330-room hotel is operating now as the Mitsui Garden Hotel Nara. It will continue to operate while it undergoes gradual renovations.
