AIRLINES and V.I. Fast Ferry
again will offer the Super Sea & Sky excursion program this
winter between St. Croix and St. Thomas. The program, which begins
Dec. 16 when the 600-passenger, high-speed Salacia ferry returns to
winter service, will run through mid-May. According to Omer
ErSelcuk, Seaborne's chief marketing officer, the fares will be at
the same levels as last winter, "although there will probably be a
small fuel surcharge due to high worldwide oil prices." The roundtrip fares will
be $80 or $90 per person, depending on the time of day of the
seaplane portion," he said. The package is designed to stimulate
intra-island travel and enhance the U.S. Virgin Islands as a single
