A 56-ROOM YOTEL hotel is set to open in Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport, on the second floor of the Pier D terminal, after passport control. The hotel, which will open at the end of this year, targets business travelers willing to sacrifice spaciousness for convenience, with guest rooms ranging from 75 to 107 square feet. Rooms, known as cabins, are available for transfer passengers looking for a place to rest and freshen up as well as for overnight guests. Yotel is the second in-terminal hotel located after passport control at Schiphol. The other is the 33-room Hotel Mercure Schiphol.
