THE ISTANBUL FOUNDATION FOR CULTURE AND ARTS will hold its 10th International Istanbul Biennial from Sept. 8 to Nov. 4. THE 60-ROOM RADISSON EDWARDIAN LEICESTER SQUARE HOTEL in London reopened after a six-month, $12 million renovation. Guest room updates included new beds and upgraded bathrooms as well as new furnishings and decor. THE 124-ROOM CASANOVA HOTEL, an 18th century property in Barcelonas city center, is set to reopen in October after an extensive face-lift.
