ADVISORS' latest report has reported the first decline in
hotel room revenue in Hawaii in five years. The 2% decrease was
accounted for by declines on Oahu and Maui, while Kauai and the
island of Hawaii registered increases. All four islands reported
decreases in occupancy rates.
THE OHANA
HONOLULU AIRPORT HOTEL, just recently rebranded, has
completed a $6 million renovation that included guest rooms, the
restaurant and public areas. Service upgrades were part of the
rebranding, with free (up to the first 15 minutes) local and long
