CORP. has sold the 460-room King Kamehameha's Kona Beach
Hotel to InvestWest Financial/Pacifica Hotel Co. and Group of
Hawaii Investors. InvestWest Financial/Pacifica Hotel Co. owns and
manages hotels along the California coast. No purchase price was
announced for the deal, which is scheduled to close in June, when
specific plans for a propertywide renovation and any related
management changes will be completed.
OUTRIGGER REEF is offering a 15% bonus commission to

The offering follows the May 1 debut of the hotel's Ocean Tower,
part of a $100 million remake linked to the Waikiki Beach Walk
