HTH CORP. has sold the 460-room King Kamehameha's Kona Beach Hotel to InvestWest Financial/Pacifica Hotel Co. and Group of Hawaii Investors. InvestWest Financial/Pacifica Hotel Co. owns and manages hotels along the California coast. No purchase price was announced for the deal, which is scheduled to close in June, when specific plans for a propertywide renovation and any related management changes will be completed.

THE OUTRIGGER REEF is offering a 15% bonus commission to travel agents on rates and packages for arrivals through Aug. 31. THE HAWAII SUPERFERRY will have discounted fares for children 12 and under, people 62 and older and retired military personnel for service between Oahu, Maui and Kauai, which is scheduled to begin in July.
