VACATION.COM is guaranteeing results for
its agents who attend the marketing organization's International
Conference and Trade Show in New Orleans, June 27 to July 1. "If
you don't learn at least $5,000 in money-making or money-saving
ideas at the conference, we will refund all your costs to attend,
up to $1,000," an e-mail notification from Vacation.com pledged. To
be eligible for a refund, conference registration must be completed
by May 9, and all registered attendees must attend at least five
Learning Center classes, including a minimum of two Supplier
Product Seminars and two Bob Abrames, Mike Marchev or Nolan Burris
sessions. Agents who sign up before May 9 will pay no registration
fee. Detailed terms and conditions on the Profit Guarantee are
available on the conference website at www.agentnet.com/conference.
THE OUTSIDE
SALES SUPPORT NETWORK partnered with eMarketing Solutions
Group to provide its members with a multi-pronged resource outlet
that's accessible as a desktop icon. The tool, eMarketing Passport
to Profits, offers one-click access to supplier content, weather
data, passport/visa updates, news, currency conversion rates and
fam trips. Offered free to OSSN's 7,000 members, the program
operates via a small executable file that agents download and store
on their desktops. They can customize the program by creating an
individual user profile. The desktop display can deliver
information to agents in text, image and video formats, and agents
will be automatically notified when new content has been posted to
the system.
