WITH CRUISE PLANNERS: The bookings level for the holiday
vacation week, between Christmas and New Years weekends, is shaping
up just slightly ahead of last year for franchise operators,
according to Cruise Planners President Marvin Davis. The Coral
Springs, Fla.-based franchisor, which counts many home-based travel
entrepreneurs, also reported that some last-minute reservations are
still coming in for the festive week.
