WORLDVENTURES, a Dallas-based online travel
company and host agency for home-based travel agents, said it
exceeded $2.6 million in total travel sales in its first nine
months of business. Co-founders Mike Azcue and Wayne Nugent
launched the company late last year. The company's retail travel
Web site houses the PowerSearch search engine, which generates
bookings through the company's home-based agents and group travel

Bahamas cruise aboard the Carnival Sensation from Oct. 26 to 29.
The cruise sails from from Port Canaveral, Fla. The conference
features product seminars from preferred suppliers, sales and
marketing training, networking opportunities and a supplier trade
show. The event also will include a session of the Home Based
Success Series, a collaborative educational program created by
NEST, the National Association of Commissioned Travel Agents,
Globus and Royal Caribbean/Celebrity. The series has toured the
