PRINCE last week opened 3121 Jazz, his new restaurant, and 3121, his live entertainment venue, at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. Open Wednesdays through Saturdays, 3121 features special guest performances on Wednesdays, starting Nov. 15 with Chaka Khan. Thursdays are 3121 Latin Libido night, and Prince performs live on Friday and Saturday nights. THE HOLLYWOOD WEDDING that everyone is talking about, apart from the highly anticipated union of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, is happening at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas Nov. 15. That's when the attraction's newest wax figure, Angelina Jolie, will be unveiled in an altar setting standing next to the fake figure of beau Brad Pitt. The tableau will include the waxen image of the Rev. Robert Shuller, pastor and president of the Crystal Cathedral in Garden Grove, Calif., and George Clooney as the best man. Jolie has been the figure most requested by the public since Madame Tussauds unveiled Johnny Depp as Capt. Jack Sparrow on July 5. THE PLATINUM HOTEL AND SPA, the city's second condominium-hotel property, opened its doors late last month. The non-gaming, nonsmoking, all-suite hotel offers 255 one- and two-bedroom units with living rooms, fully stocked kitchens and private balconies. Guest rooms include 42-inch wall-mounted plasma high-definition TVs, electric fireplaces, Bose radios and whirlpool baths. FRESH FROM ITS SUCCESS with The Beatles tribute "Love" at The Mirage, Cirque du Soleil is venturing into the nightclub experience with next month's debut of The Beatles Revolution Lounge, also at the resort. Revolution, which will be operated by Toronto-based INK, will feature the Abbey Road Bar, open from 11 a.m. daily, and the Revolution Lounge, which will be open from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. daily.

DAVID HASSELHOFF, of "Baywatch" and "Knight Rider" television fame, has signed on to play Roger DeBris in the Las Vegas production of "The Producers." Performances of the Mel Brooks musical comedy are scheduled to begin Jan. 31 at Paris-Las Vegas. The show will be performed at 8 p.m. Thursdays through Tuesdays, with an additional 2 p.m. performance on Saturdays.
